Policies + Procedures

After booking your first appointment, new clients are required to and complete a intake form. 

Clients will be required to review this document prior to their first visit.  Intake form must be filled out at least 24 hours prior to appointment.

All appointments require a card on file  to secure time and date of appointment. 

Payment is due at the completion of the session before leaving. Accepted payment methods include cash, Vemno, or card. I cannot spit payments between two cards.

Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Gratuity may be given in cash or via Venmo.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

If you are less than 10 minutes late, the session will be shortened in order to respect the next client’s appointment.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and cannot always be filled on short notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.
