Private, Intentional Support to Navigate Grief and Life

Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and all-consuming.

It touches every part of your life...your emotions, decisions, energy, and sense of self.

Coaching is a private, virtual, one-on-one space to process grief, explore life transitions, and take intentional steps forward while honoring the memory of your loved one.

I understand this journey personally.

I’ve been grieving since 2001, losing my dad at 12 and my mom at 18. I know what it’s like to feel completely lost in grief, to carry it everywhere, and to struggle to see a path forward.

My coaching approach is gentle, supportive, and practical... helping you navigate grief while building confidence, clarity, and hope for the future.

What You Can Expect

  • A safe, non-judgmental space to explore grief and life challenges
  • Guidance for integrating grief into daily life without rushing or bypassing it
  • Practical tools to gain clarity, process emotions, and build resilience
  • Support for making intentional decisions and moving forward while honoring your loved one

Who This Coaching Is For

  •  Adults navigating life after the loss of a loved one
  • Those seeking private, personalized guidance rather than a community setting
  • People ready to work through grief and life transitions with support
  • Individuals wanting to move forward with confidence while carrying their loved one’s memory

Why Work With Me

Grief is part of your story, but it doesn’t have to define your life. In 1:1 coaching, you get focused attention, tailored guidance, and a safe space to process, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we work to help you move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost to feeling supported, understood, and empowered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at liz@lizvolpe.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No. Coaching is not therapy. While I provide guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate grief and life transitions, I am not a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is designed to complement therapy, not replace it.

Therapy typically focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on support, clarity, and taking intentional steps forward in your life. In our sessions, we explore your goals, challenges, and grief, and create practical strategies for moving forward while honoring your loved one’s memory.

If at any point your grief feels overwhelming or you need clinical mental health support, I encourage you to connect with a licensed therapist or mental health professional. Coaching works best alongside therapy, when needed, to provide additional guidance and support.

You are the expert in your own life. In coaching, you are responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take. My role is to provide guidance, insight, and a supportive space for reflection,  helping you move forward with intention and confidence.

Sessions are typically scheduled based on your goals and availability. Each session is private and tailored to your needs, combining reflective conversation, practical strategies, and compassionate support to help you move forward in a way that feels safe and manageable.
